This unique platform promotes dialog between politics and business in order to jointly develop innovative solutions for ecological and <strong>sustainable<\/strong> challenges.  <\/p><p>Die Teilnahme am <strong>Umwelt- und Klimapakt Bayern<\/strong> steht Unternehmen offen, die bereit sind, Verantwortung zu \u00fcbernehmen und ihre <strong>Ressourcen<\/strong> effizient zu nutzen. Das Programm zielt darauf ab, <strong>\u00f6kologische<\/strong>, <strong>soziale<\/strong> und <strong>\u00f6konomische<\/strong> Aspekte in Einklang zu bringen und dabei einen langfristigen Mehrwert f\u00fcr Umwelt, Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft zu schaffen. With targeted measures, we have shown how we combine ecological, <strong>social<\/strong> and <strong>economic<\/strong> aspects in our day-to-day work and actively contribute to the conservation of <strong>resources<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Zu den wesentlichen Ma\u00dfnahmen, die wir umgesetzt haben, geh\u00f6rt der Betrieb einer <strong>Photovoltaikanlage<\/strong>, die seit ihrer Inbetriebnahme im Jahr 2018 \u00fcber 68.000 kWh Strom erzeugt hat. Damit konnten wir mehr als 40 Tonnen CO\u2082 einsparen. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde im Jahr 2024 eine weitere Anlage mit einer Leistung von 16,5 kWp installiert, die unser Engagement f\u00fcr erneuerbare Energien unterstreicht.  <\/p><p>Auch im Bereich <strong>Papierverbrauch<\/strong> konnten wir deutliche Erfolge erzielen: Seit 2019 haben wir unseren Verbrauch pro Kopf um \u00fcber 30 % reduziert. Durch den Umstieg auf digitale Prozesse und die Einf\u00fchrung ressourcenschonender Technologien reduzieren wir kontinuierlich unseren \u00f6kologischen Ressourcenverbrauch. Erg\u00e4nzend wurde ein interner Arbeitskreis gegr\u00fcndet, in dem Mitarbeiter aktiv Ma\u00dfnahmen zu den Themen Abfall, Einkauf und Wassersparen entwickeln und umsetzen.  <\/p><p>Der Weg zur Zertifizierung begann mit der Einreichung unseres Antrags am 13. November 2024. Dabei haben wir die Kriterien f\u00fcr Verwaltungs- und B\u00fcrobetriebe erf\u00fcllt und mit 190 Punkten die Mindestanforderung von 50 Punkten weit \u00fcbertroffen. Zu den eingereichten Leistungen z\u00e4hlten unter anderem die Nutzung von <strong>\u00d6kostrom<\/strong>, der Einsatz energieeffizienter Beleuchtungssysteme, der Betrieb von mittlerweile zwei Elektro und zwei Plug-In-Hybrid-Firmenfahrzeugen sowie die Installation von <strong>Ladestationen <\/strong>f\u00fcr emissionsarme Mobilit\u00e4t.  <\/p><p>On December 5, 2024, we were officially awarded the certificate of the <strong>Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact<\/strong>. This award recognizes our commitment and highlights our efforts to promote <strong>long-term<\/strong> sustainable processes. The ceremonial presentation of the certificate is still pending and will be another highlight for us on our way to becoming an even <strong>more sustainable law firm<\/strong>.  <\/p><p>F\u00fcr uns ist die Zertifizierung nicht nur eine Anerkennung, sondern auch ein Antrieb, weiterhin als Vorbild f\u00fcr unsere <strong>Mandanten<\/strong>, Partner und die Gesellschaft zu agieren. We don&#8217;t just want to impress through individual measures, but rather pursue a holistic approach that combines ecological, <strong>social<\/strong> and <strong>economic<\/strong> <strong>aspects<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Unser Ziel ist es, <strong>nachhaltige Prozesse<\/strong> kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und in allen Bereichen unserer Kanzlei zu verankern. Our award should not only be a recognition of our commitment, but also a signal to our <strong>clients<\/strong> and partners: <strong>Sustainability<\/strong> is possible and brings long-term benefits not only to the <strong>environment<\/strong>, but also to society and the economy. <\/p><p>We want to use our role model function to spread the idea of <strong>sustainability<\/strong>. We openly share our experiences, demonstrate the positive <strong>effects of<\/strong> our measures and motivate others to become active too. Because only together can we bring about sustainable changes that have an impact beyond individual companies and make a real difference.  <\/p><p>In the future, we want to further expand our efforts by taking additional <strong>ecological<\/strong> measures and making our actions even more transparent by producing a voluntary sustainability report. This will enable us to monitor our own sustainability efforts.
